CR SECURITY BRAKES

Disc brakes, double, specially indicated for the machines that must comply the EN81-1+A3. Their wide range of models comprehends the needs of all our motors.

These brakes are easy to install (do not require an air-gap adjustment) and act against the overspeed of the cabin in upward and downward directions (EN81-1+A3, 9.10).

Their functioning can be controlled by microswitches and a manual rescue system can be installed in order to carry out rescue manoeuvres.

CR brakes can be used as part of the device against UCM (Unintended Car Movements) according to EN81-1+A3, 9.11. With “Kron2Solution” and the control of the brake in the lift controller the regulation will be complied all along the rope’s life (here more information).

CR brakes are patented and have the corresponding certificates emitted by the TÜV.
